I connect the LG screen via display port (1.4 (I also tried 1.2 and 1.1)) to a Dell docking station and then via USB-C/Thunderbolt to the Lenovo. (When I connect the docking station to my Mac it works immediately. So I know that the display port and the docking station itself can handle 5k)īTW, if I try to connect directly via Thunderbolt to the Lenovo, the whole display stays black.
